Our lab in Wernigerode is staffed with expert process engineers and is second to none for carrying out production sized trials on your product.	The Frozenshell® line allows flexibility and creativity when it comes to traditional praline manufacturing and/or indeed designing a new product range. From the actual mouldless shell forming to the depositing of fillings, final topping, decorating and if required final enrobing, CHOCOTECH has the answer.
