The SUCROFILM® - our thin-film cooker - is characterized by very short product resident times in the cooker and was designed for cooking protein-containing masses (such as caramel) or heat-sensitive masses (e.g., fruit purees). It is ideal for long continuous production runs with full CIP capability.
The SUCROFILM® is designed for cooking under atmosphere, pressure, and vacuum. It features a stainless steel rotor equipped with hygienic, static PEEK scrapers. The design of the rotor-stator configuration ensures an exceptionally long service life of the scrapers. The easily accessible direct drive with variable speed guarantees maximum flexibility for your production process.
SUCROFILM® is available in various sizes and can therefore be used in recipes with cooking capacities ranging from 50 to 2,000 kg/h.
