Fondant - this fine and creamy sugar mass is recrystallized under precisely defined conditions. After beating, it is used in different consistencies, depending on the recipe, as a filling in chocolates and pralines or as a coating for baked goods and other products. With our systems, this versatile product can be individually produced and processed.

CHOCOTECH systems can be used to cover the entire production chain. The MICRON®, for example, is our two-stage, continuous manufacturing plant for the production of the finest sugar, fruit or milk fondant with throughputs of 300 to 1500 kg/h.
