For candy forming such as chewy candy lentils or pillows and croquant type products the Sucroform® is recommended.

For chocolate forming Chocotech offer two systems; The Frozenshell for forming thin chocolate shells in many shapes and sizes which can then be filled with praline masse like nougat or ganache. And the PSL which is designed for forming chocolate lentils, eggs, spheres with either a plain chocolate mass or chocolate mass containing inclusions, like nut or biscuit pieces.
