CHOCOTECH offer a number of solutions for mixing and metering of ingredients such as colors, flavors acid, fruit juice, yogurt mix, vitamins etc. into the cooked base mass. For jellies or gummies the gravimetric solution is the most common and is typically supplied as six CFA system mounted above a mogul. For hard candies, chewy candies, aerated products and OTC applications the volumetric system is preferred.

Blending of minor ingredients into the main candy stream is executed either via a continuous static mixer or a continuous dynamic mixer depending on the application.
