ROTORSTAR

The ROTORSTAR - our system for the continuous processing of butter toffee with the main ingredients sugar, butter and glucose. The high fat content gives this highly boiled product a fine and snappy texture. 

Before cooking, up to 15% by volume of chopped or grinded nuts can be added to the mixture. These are given a roasted note during cooking, which provides your product with its characteristic taste. 

The ROTORSTAR can process nut pieces up to a size of 5 mm. Larger particles or whole nuts can be blended homogeneously into the mass after cooking in the downstream SOLLICH Contimixer SMC.
