Metering with CHOCOTECH technology

Cooked sugar masses, such as jelly, hard candy or chewy candy masses, are enhanced by the addition of colourings, flavourings, acids or APIs. CHOCOTECH metering systems are designed for the addition of either liquid or dry, powdered additives and can be customised to your individual production requirements.

Our systems for metering (liquid and powder)

CHOCOTECH uses digital metering pumps - optionally with FIC (Flow Indication Control) - for liquids that are to be dosed into the base mass. For the addition of powder and other dry ingredients, our systems work with loss-in-weight dosing systems. Do you have any questions about our metering systems? We will be happy to advise you.

Would you like to put our systems to the test? Then visit us at the CHOCOTECH Innovation Center (CIC). Our experts will also advise you at your premises and will be at your side until we have achieved the optimum for your confectionery production together.
