Forming line for embossing of croquant, hard candy and chewy candies

SUCROFORM^® W consists of pre-former with jacketed hopper and a horizontally mounted pair of extracting rollers. The pre-formed slab is then fed to the forming line. The forming line is equipped with a pair of calibration rollers and a pair of forming rollers. All roller pairs as well as the transport conveyors have their own tempering circuit.

The formed products are fed as a slab into a cooler and then into a slab breaker. The thin residue skin at the equator of the products is removed in a de-flash drum and can be used as rework.
