Technology for the production of halva / laminated products
Halva – a fat-based, laminated, and aerated sugar paste. Sesame, peanut, sunflower, or chickpea paste, for example, are used as the fat base. This fat paste is mixed with cooked or cooked and aerated sugar and laminated until the desired consistency is achieved. No fat separation may occur during the process. The mixture is then shaped, cooled, and cut.
