PRINCESS® ECOGRAV®

Energy saving gravimetric batch weighing system with integrated pressure dissolver. Ideal for:

  • Sugar or sugar free hard candy
  • Chewy Candy
  • Fondant
  • Cooked sugar solutions for bar manufacturing

ECOGRAV® uses the moisture in the glucose (corn syrup) to dissolve the sugar crystals with adding little or no processing water to the recipe. This results in steam savings of up to 50% on hard candy type products and over 60% on fondant masses. There is also big savings on potable water, which is not required for most recipes.
