Sugar Melter RK 50

The Sugar Melter RK 50 - our gas-fired copper batch cooker has been specially developed for the efficient melting of sugar. Two counter-rotating agitators provide an ideal melting and mixing effect. They can be automatically moved out of the tank to ensure smooth tilting of the kettle in order to allow for easy emptying.

The Sugar Melter RK 50 is an open batch cooker for melting sugar in batches and mixing in individual additives such as chopped nuts and almonds. The cooker is heated with gas.

Up to 3 sets per hour with a throughput of 30 to 40 kg/set are possible.
