Cooling

Both dynamic and static cooling are part of the CHOCOTECH range of equipment. The SUCROTHERM is a hygienic scraped surface unit and depending on the capacity can consist of single or multiple units housed in a tubular skid. The system is ideal for caramel cooling. The static type SUCROSTAR® is mostly used to cool cooked jelly prior to aeration.
