Dissolving with CHOCOTECH technology

Our system portfolio for the production of confectionery is diverse and can be configured for your individual production requirements so that all the cogs mesh perfectly. For example, the dissolving of a wide variety of raw materials can be mapped in an energy-efficient manner.

Our dissolving systems

The ECOGRAV®, our patented, innovative gravimetric weighing and pressure dissolving system, uses PLC process control to produce a crystal-free sugar solution with 90% dry substance as the initial weight, thereby saving up to 50% energy compared to conventional weighing systems.

The AUTOGRAV® is optionally designed with hot water for jelly masses and sugar slurries or a steam jacket heating system for the production of caramel and protein-containing masses. Here you will find the right technology for your end product.
