For continuous production processes with high throughputs, you can rely on our successful SUCROFILM®/ CARAFLEX® combination, which is extremely flexible and can be used for almost all types of caramel. CARALITE® is a patented, energy-saving system, suitable for caramel with up to approx. 90 % solid content. For the batch-continuous production, we recommend the CARASTAR®, a batch cooking system for maximum flexibility when changing recipes frequently.
