Vacuum packet

CHOCOTECH manufacture a variety of vacuum systems for their cooking processes. The vacuum skids are either integrated into the cooker skid on units such as the JELLYMASTER^®, SUCROMASTER^® and TURBOWHIP™ or individually skid mounted for other process. Generally, they consist of a vacuum-ring-pump in either mild or stainless steel execution, condenser, primary and secondary plate heat exchanges and the corresponding valve and piping setup.
