The FRUITMASTER - our technology for the gentle processing of pure fruit purees and concentrates for the continuous production of fruit jellies, fruit bars, fruit pieces and fruit pastes.
The system is a process combination of SUCROFILM® thin-layer stove, combined vacuum chamber with high-vacuum extraction screw for gentle discharge of the cooked and vacuumed fruit mass. An energy-saving high-vacuum system specially designed for the FRUITMASTER enables the temperature sensitive fruit masses to be concentrated very gently at very low temperatures.
The CIP-capable system enables energy-saving production with the highest product quality. The option of mixing additional ingredients (such as dry ingredients and liquid components like flavors or API’s) into the fruit mass after the cooking and concentration process complements the process and gives it maximum process and product flexibility.
Downstream molding technologies from SOLLICH KG, such as CONBAR® bar molding or extruded strands for the subsequent production of individual products, are a valuable addition to the process as a turn-key solution.
